At least 2 years of relevant DBA experience running production DBs with high up-times - Excellent in concepts for both RDBMS and NoSQL DBs - Experience with creating databases, users, roles, privileges, Setting database - Performance Parameters - Experience with backups, restores and recovery models - Experience in Clustering and replication is a must - Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options - Experience in refreshing lower environments with production. - Proactively review of the databases to identify possible bottlenecks - Experience in troubleshooting problems - Proficient in Linux OS and a very good hand on Linux commands - Must be aware of various database monitoring tools - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to organize and plan work independently and work in a rapidly changing environment - Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities
