• Familiarity with REST APIs to connect to back-end services and JSON formats.
• Deep knowledge of Swift and preferably Xcode
• Knowledge and experience with React Native is an added advantage
• Good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus using Autolayout designing and Storyboards.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning with very strong aptitude and reasoning.
• Knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git or bitbucket).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text, UI Kit etc.
• Experience with embedded databases and other system data stores.
• Proficient in bug debugging and resolving issues.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
